Art Studio Available at the Make Space in Ascot in CLOVERDALE, Western Australia for sale

Our fashion designer is moving out leaving a vacancy in our studio space.
The space available is 32.2 sqm made up of roughly 4m wide by 7.8m long. This space can be rented by 1 artist for $104 a week or we can split it into two spaces (each 15sqm), one which would be $50 a week and one which would be $60. Rent includes GST, power and water.
The Make Space is situated on the Great Eastern Highway in Ascot and is a big open space shared by 8 artists. Each artist has their own allocated space which is marked up on the floor. See space 10/11 on the attached layout.
As THE MAKE SPACE is a shared space it is not suitable for artists who are mainly oil painters because of the fumes - sorry. There is a small outdoor area for the odd messy or smelly job.
