I've been in the house sharing with friends for last 12months. Friends have recently brought a place of their own, so looking for people to move in.
2 Rooms available are side by side, with bathroom and toilet just nearby. unfurnished, dbl door built-in Robe, fit Queen bed, dresser/bedsides comfortably.
Awesome house- spacious, near new, low maintenance 4x2 (plus theatre), at back of block with long driveway. Has few bells n whistles - double lock up garage, central air-conditioning (it's amazing) patio / entertaining / BBQ area and tiled open plan living area, huge kitchen incl dishwasher. Fridge/freezer and living area furnished.
Close to everything - access to Leach / Tonkin / Roe just two streets away. 20mins to CBD, 10/15mins to airports/ Vic Park & Casino. 5 mins drive to Belmont Forum. Public Transport easy as, number of nearby bus stops within walking distance.
Looking to share with similar likeminded people who are easy going, can feel comfortable to come and go as they please, without feeling they need to hide away.
House would suit couple or friends wanting to have a bit of their own space. Or even FIFO/Student/Full time professional. Not really fussed on male/female but must have employment and sense of humor. :)
$175 - per room/person paid fortnightly.
2weeks bond & 2 weeks rent upfront.
Bills (atlinta/synergy/water) split between number if people in house.
I'm easy going, 25yr old Female. Work FT retail & do Beauty Treatments from home (I have mini home salon set up in theatre room at entrance of house) Have a cat who is quite the character, we tend to keep to ourselves. I'm either at home with client or out and about working.
