Room for rent in a 3x1 in Kewdale. ($190 pw) in CLOVERDALE, Western Australia for sale

I have a room in a 3x1 unit to rent in Kewdale, you will be sharing with me (Shaun) and my cat (Belle)
The unit is in a block of 4 but is its own building, has a back yard, reverse air-con, laundry etc. Technically Kewdale but only a street away from Belmont forum.
Little bit about me. I’m 26, work full time mon-fri. I do drink and smoke (not indoors), I enjoy music, TV/film, sports (pretty much any sport) and playing guitar, I try to play as much as I can. Pretty chilled out (except while watching sport), and I consider myself a tolerant, open-minded and respectful person.
Ideally id like someone in my age bracket (20ish-30ish), male or female. Don’t need to work full time necessarily as long as rent/bills get paid on time.
Like I mentioned above I’m a tolerant, open-minded and respectful person, so if you’re not (if your racist, sexist, homophobic or a general bigot), probably no need to contact me, so by extension of that people of any race, gender or preference are welcome.
I wouldn’t consider myself a “party animal” but that being said I’m 26 and enjoy a good time. I do have mates around fairly regularly for a drink or two.
Current housemate is moving out now and should be out as of this weekend (18/10/14)
